Jaya9 bdt Terms & Conditions — Rules of Use

To open an account on jaya9 bdt, you must be at least 18 years of age. Only adult users residing in Bangladesh are eligible to register on this platform. Each user may open only one account — creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. The information you provide at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and your own. If an account is opened with false or incorrect information, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate that account at any time. You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials secure.

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). Our approved payment methods must be used for deposits and withdrawals. Withdrawal requests generally take 1–3 business days to process. Withdrawals may be held if account verification has not been completed, so please confirm your identity immediately after registration. We may temporarily suspend any transaction if money laundering or illegal financial activity is suspected. Depositing via a third party's account or card is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Bets are accepted before an event begins; however, if a live betting feature is active, bets may be placed within a specified time window. We reserve the right to void any bet placed due to a technical error or incorrect odds. Our system and official scoreboard shall be considered final in determining results. Any bet associated with match-fixing or manipulation will be declared void and the relevant account will be permanently closed. If suspicious betting patterns are detected, we may initiate a verification process.

Each bonus and promotion has its own terms, which are detailed on the relevant offer page. The specified wagering requirements must be met before bonus balance can be withdrawn as cash. Any attempt to use bonuses from multiple accounts will result in cancellation of all benefits. jaya9 bdt reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotional offer at any time without notice. In any bonus-related dispute, the decision of our management shall be considered final. Bonuses not used within the specified time limit will expire automatically.

Any form of fraud, hacking, bot usage, or system manipulation on the platform is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized attempts to access another user's account will result in immediate legal action. Misconduct or threatening behavior toward our staff will result in permanent account closure. If evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation is found, we reserve the right to seize all balances in the account. We may temporarily suspend any account without prior verification for the purpose of investigation. Users may request to close their own account, but this will only take effect after all pending transactions have been settled.

Jaya9 bdt reserves the right to modify, amend, or update any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will endeavor to post a notice on the platform. However, your continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered your acceptance of the new terms. You are advised to check this page regularly.
